Disclaimer Regarding Audio/Video Recording of Events
When you attend events organised by SJRS or its partners, you will be participating in activities where photography, videography and audio recordings may take place.
By attending/participating in such events/activities, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recordings, video recordings and it’s/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or for any purpose(s) that SJRS Management Committee deems necessary.
You release the Management Committee and/or any of its officers and/or employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these said materials, regardless of the purpose and/or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission is charged and/or sponsorship is sought or received.
You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by SJRS Management Committee and/or the person and/or entity designated to carry out said works by SJRS Management Committee.
Any and all photography, videography and audio recordings taken by you as an individual is strictly for personal consumption. Any sharing of the same is to be restricted to immediate family members only. Sharing of this outside of your immediate family circle and/or external parties is strictly forbidden; unless prior approval is granted (on a case by case basis) by the SJRS Management Committee. Immediate family would be identified to father, mother, brothers, sisters and grandparents and parent in-laws.
As members of SJRS and/or as attendees of the event/activities that are organised by SJRS, you have been fully informed of above; and as such agree to the waiver of any liability towards SJRS when participating in such organised events/activities.
